Went OPC training at 3.30pm that afternoon .
Have PT .. Runing 2.4 !
Cnnt take it siaa . Like want to faint seyh .
After the 2.4 runing , we do push up , back raises , crunshes and many more .
Tired uh but fun skali .
Hehe . Then went home ard 7pm .
Mummy take me home . And took mazlinah back home also .
Too bad nana never come to OPC :(
Then she will not no how to do the new knots .
Firstly , it was super duper hard for me . Then , i keep on
revising the new knots . At last , GOT IT ! YAY !
Btw , tommorrow is ZANNA CINONEK ! B'DAY .
